Clinical Director and Lead Case Manager
Lucinda qualified as a nurse in 1995, and further specialised in children’s nursing at Great Ormond Street in 1998. She enjoys the time spent with families, and is dedicated, adaptable and flexible.
CHARIS ROUBIEU
Case Manager
Charis has been a physiotherapist since 2005. She trained at Kings College London in 2008, and has since practised in various hospitals, rehabilitation units and community settings across London.
VICTORIA SWEENEY
Case Manager
A nurse since the age of 23, Victoria is passionate about giving patients the high-quality care that they deserve. She is a valuable team member, a good communicator and a good organiser of people.
MARIA HACKETT
Case Manager
Maria has been a physiotherapist since the age of 21, qualifying at Kings College London in 2008. Since then, she has gained vast experience in a variety of NHS and social care settings as well as the private sector.
ANTONIO MALVIDO
Case Manager
Antonio is a Registered Adult Nurse, originally qualified in Spain. He is a very positive, reliable, organised and highly responsible person who understands the key importance of building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Case Manager
A physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings in the NHS and private sector, Faridah is skilled in problem-solving and team collaboration.
JAKE WEBSTER
Case Manager
Since earning a First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy, Jake has gained vast clinical and leadership experience in the NHS, charity and private sectors. He builds strong relationships with clients and their families.
FRANCESCA MUMFORD
Case Manager
Francesca is a positive person who is entirely committed to her work. She enjoys working closely with clients and their families to ensure the best environment is created for each client to build from.
COLETTE COPPING
Case Manager
Colette trained as an Integrative Psychotherapist having qualified six years ago, and recently completed a Post Graduate study in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness practice.

Charlotte is hugely passionate about her role at LODCCM, and advocates the need for excellent care during everyday life and rehabilitation post injury. She is studious, tenacious and adaptable, and a great asset to the team.

Rebecca has worked within the care industry for the past 15 years. With the experience and skills she has developed, she’s always found working closely with individuals, their families, and associated professionals hugely rewarding.

Steven has over 12 years of hospital and community nursing experience, using a holistic, interdisciplinary approach to coordinate complex care and achieve rehabilitation goals.

With an extensive background in educational leadership, Lana-Lea has seamlessly transitioned into the care sector. For the past 5 years, she has been providing care and support to children with complex medical needs.

Laura’s extensive experience as a SEND nanny, coupled with her more recent experience of being an administrative manager, provides her with all the tools and skills needed to excel in her role as an Associate.

A seasoned executive assistant with over 15 years of comprehensive experience, Preetika is excellent at supporting C-level executives in fast paced corporate environments. She is adept at managing multiple priorities for the LOD team.
