LUCINDA ONGLEY-DELLAR
Director, Case Manager

Lucinda qualified as a nurse in 1995, and further specialised in children’s nursing at Great Ormond Street in 1998. She enjoys the time spent with families, and is dedicated, adaptable and flexible. 

CHARIS HOLLIES
Case Manager

Charis has been a physiotherapist since 2005. She trained at Kings College London in 2008, and has since practised in various hospitals, rehabilitation units and community settings across London. 

VICTORIA SWEENEY
Case Manager

A nurse since the age of 23, Victoria is passionate about giving patients the high-quality care that they deserve. She is a valuable team member, a good communicator and a good organiser of people. 

GINI LARA
Case Manager

Since working in Case Management, Gini has gained a wealth of experience working with children and adults with acquired brain injury, and a variety of complex needs. 

CHARLIE CRUICKSHANK
Case Manager

Charlie is an occupational therapist, specialising in children’s therapy. She holds a master’s degree in Paediatric Neuro-Rehabiliation, and has worked in a wide variety of settings.

FRANCESCA MUMFORD
Senior Associate

Francesca is a positive person who is entirely committed to her work. She enjoys working closely with clients and their families to ensure the best environment is created for each client to build from. 

COLETTE COPPING
Associate

Colette trained as an Integrative Psychotherapist having qualified six years ago, and recently completed a Post Graduate study in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness practice.

ALISON KIMM
Associate

Alison is a highly organised and proactive person who enjoys working closely with her clients, their families and their care teams. She prides herself on ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and support possible.

CHARLOTTE HILL
Associate

Charlotte is hugely passionate about her role at LODCCM, and advocates the need for excellent care during everyday life and rehabilitation post injury. She is studious, tenacious and adaptable, and a great asset to the team.

DAVID DELLAR
Business Director

David is responsible for running the day to day business operations of LOD and enjoys a diverse and rewarding role in the company. His background is in Business operations and IT across a number of sectors.
