LUCINDA ONGLEY-DELLAR
Director, Case Manager

Lucinda qualified as a nurse in 1995, and further specialised in children’s nursing at Great Ormond Street in 1998. She enjoys the time spent with families, and is dedicated, adaptable and flexible. 

CHARIS HOLLIES
Case Manager

Charis has been a physiotherapist since 2005. She trained at Kings College London in 2008, and has since practised in various hospitals, rehabilitation units and community settings across London. 

VICTORIA SWEENEY
Case Manager

A nurse since the age of 23, Victoria is passionate about giving patients the high-quality care that they deserve. She is a valuable team member, a good communicator and a good organiser of people. 

MARIA HACKETT
Case Manager

Maria has been a physiotherapist since the age of 21, qualifying at Kings College London in 2008. Since then, she has gained vast experience in a variety of NHS and social care settings as well as the private sector.

STEFANIA DIAZ
Case Manager

Stefania is a qualified Social Worker and has 6 years of practical and theoretical experience. Stefania has practiced within the family safeguarding arena where she developed expertise within safeguarding policies and legislation.

FRANCESCA MUMFORD
Senior Associate

Francesca is a positive person who is entirely committed to her work. She enjoys working closely with clients and their families to ensure the best environment is created for each client to build from. 

COLETTE COPPING
Senior Associate

Colette trained as an Integrative Psychotherapist having qualified six years ago, and recently completed a Post Graduate study in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness practice.

CHARLOTTE HILL
Senior Associate / Compliance Lead

Charlotte is hugely passionate about her role at LODCCM, and advocates the need for excellent care during everyday life and rehabilitation post injury. She is studious, tenacious and adaptable, and a great asset to the team.

JENNIFER GARDINER
Senior Associate

Experience of managing specialist care teams, as well as having a brother with Cerebral Palsy, has made Jennifer truly passionate about her role. She is focused on representing her clients with dignity and respect.

ALISON KIMM
Associate

Alison is a highly organised and proactive person who enjoys working closely with her clients, their families and their care teams. She prides herself on ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and support possible.

REBECCA JOHNSON
Associate

Rebecca has worked within the care industry for the past 15 years. With the experience and skills she has developed, she’s always found working closely with individuals, their families, and associated professionals hugely rewarding. 

SOPHIE HUBBARD
Associate

Sophie has worked within the care industry for the past 12 years in various settings supporting
individuals with learning disabilities, brain injury and other conditions. She ensures that her clients receive the highest standard of care.

LANA-LEA O’KEEFE
Associate

With an extensive background in educational leadership, Lana-Lea has seamlessly transitioned into the care sector. For the past 5 years, she has been providing care and support to children with complex medical needs.

LAURA KNOWLES
Associate

Laura’s extensive experience as a SEND nanny, coupled with her more recent experience of being an administrative manager, provides her with all the tools and skills needed to excel in her role as an Associate.

Rebecca has worked in the care industry for the past 7 years, and is a confident and motivated individual. She advocates for the individuals she supports – continually striving to create a safe, supportive and caring environment.

KATHRYN MAKOWSKA
Medicines Management Lead

Kathryn has over a decade of registered clinical experience as a hospital Pharmacy Technician, providing person centered care to patients and their families. She is passionate about protecting patient safety and advocating for the best interests of patients and their families.

Daniel always has the client’s best interests at the heart. This includes making compliance a part of our culture and living our core values every day to make sure that we are providing the safe, caring and efficient service that our clients and their families deserve.

With over 25 years delivering high-level service across private healthcare, advertising and marketing, charity fundraising and NHS Primary Care, Kate is passionate about exceeding expectations and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.

Danielle is passionate about delivering a high quality of service to both clients and associates, and her affinity for problem-solving and client communication goes hand in hand with LOD’s commitment to client care and advocation.

David is responsible for running the day to day business operations of LOD and enjoys a diverse and rewarding role in the company. His background is in Business Operations and IT across a number of sectors.
